Lafarge Plasterboard recognises that our industry must respect the environment for the long-term benefit of both the community and business. Committed to the protection of the environment, health and well being of people and to the conservation of nature, we are continuously seeking to improve efficiencies in energy and natural resources and to minimise the production of waste, harmful air emissions and water discharges. Preserving the heritage, landscape and biological diversity of the areas we work in are key elements of our policy.
Community
Lafarge Plasterboard actively supports its local communities through sponsorship and heritage programs. Sharing experiences and working with other local businesses in all Lafarge Plasterboard locations makes it possible for us to ensure that we act in the best interests of the industry and the community.
Team Lafarge - for every kilometre that an employee or family member walks, runs, cycles or swims in an organised event, Lafarge Plasterboard donates $1 to a registered charity.
