With views over the Maroochy River, in the Sunshine Coast, this medium density, seven level residential development has been designed not only to provide spectacular river views but also takes into consideration the security and comfort of tenants. To meet the 2 hour FRL and sound transmission Rw50 the architects specified Securitishield. The Securitishield system was installed in the inter-tenancy or dividing wall between apartments with one or two concrete columns between the system. For the increased comfort of tenants, the steel sheet layer within the system adds a new dimension to security.
